You, little guy, are 4 months old now and just growing and changing so very much.
This past month you played in the leaves for the first time, started being watched by Nana while Mama works, started officially sleeping through the night, transitioned out of your beloved swaddle, and experienced your very first Halloween! Some quick notes about you at 4 months...
*You weigh in at 16 pounds 8 oz. 70th percentile!
*You are 25 3/4 inches long. Also, 70th percentile!
*Your big ol' head is in the 95th percentile! :)
*You love eating your hands and fists. You suck on a couple fingers usually- not the thumb, yet!
*You are starting to get eyebrows that really show up in pictues now.. brown ones!
*You have very little light brown fuzz on that head of yours. But, it pretty much looks bald still!
*You are SO very smiley and seriously SUCH a ham!
*You are trying to giggle now and have let out a little chuckle here and there!
*Your eyes keep getting more blue. A gorgeous true blue.
*You love your big brother and he still loves you so much and is trying to play with you more.
*You are a hungry boy and sure do love to eat.
*You tried oatmeal cereal for the very first time and just couldn't get enough.
*You still like your binky or paci.
*You sleep till around 8 every morning.
*You Sometimes wake around 5 or 6 am but just want your paci and go right back to sleep.
*You are no longer swaddled and now you're in a sleep sack that keeps you cozy.
*You wear size 2 diapers... not sure for how much longer!
*You wear some size 3 month, mostly 3-6 month, and few 6 month size clothes.
*You prefer to stand and sometimes hate when we make you sit.
*You refuse to roll over. You once were able to, and now you won't do it.
*You started batting at your hanging toys and will grab them now too!
*You love the same rattle big brother E loved and you're getting the hang of holding it but don't have a lot of control over your arms yet so you often smack your face!
*You made THE cutest Pluto for Halloween.
*You look so much like your Mama and really carry that Haan gene.
*You are perfectly plump (as dada calls it) and adorably chunky and squishy (as mama calls it)
*You are SO very loved and growing up way too fast.
*Your favorite song is "You are my sunshine". Mama sings it to you every day while we snuggle before nap and bed.
