Where does the time go!?! We now have an 11 month old crawling and cruising around our house, literally tearing it apart. His giggles and smiles melt my heart, always will. He squeals and loves to say "ya,ya" all the time. He puts anything and everything into his mouth. I've had to move every picture frame, candle, and box of kleenex that are even close within his reach. He now has his own remote (an old one of ours) so we can entice him with that when he wants to steal the one for the DVD player. We finally put up latches on all the cupboard doors so he can't investigate in the garbage again. He'll eat almost anything we give him- and half of his snacks end up on the floor... We've never had to vacuum so often. His little grin with 2 bottom teeth poking up is quite adorable. He still loves his bath time more than any other time of day. He still naps 2 times a day-- approximately 10am and 1pm. Each ranging anywhere from 1-3 hours. He's always been a good sleeper- sleeps 12 hours every night. He loves going on hikes with daddy, and shopping trips with mama. He's very busy and active and looking forward to more walks and trips to the park if the weather ever stays nice! He's getting better at wearing his sunglasses (he probably realizes they help him). He still fights the hats. He gets comments every where he goes... and we are proud of him and know he's something special. :-) He refuses to learn how to say Mama still... I'll teach him someday. ;-) He's getting TWO birthday parties this year. One is in Missoula with his best buddy, Lewis who turns one this week. The boys were baptized on the same day and us moms thought it would be perfect to celebrate their 1st birthdays together. He gets his second birthday party at home in Billings with all of our family-- and we can't wait to celebrate our little man. What a blessing he is to us.
I can't believe it's our last month before we have to say we have a ONE. YEAR. OLD. AH!!!
