We enjoyed the big Easter Egg hunt at Josephine Crossing (our new neighborhood!) On Good friday, We officially signed the contract on our new house that we'll be building. We are in line for construction and should start digging in May-- meaning we'll be in our new house by Sept/Oct! SO very exciting. It really is a dream come true. Being there for the Easter Egg hunt really got us excited for the community we will be moving to and the neighborhood full of kids and family-friendly acitivies. I can't wait to raise our boys there!
Friday night we celebrated cousin Nathan turning TWO! Just crazy how time flies. Eli and Nathan are good friends and Eli had a ton of fun at his construction themed party!
Saturday night we had a family night and enjoyed dying eggs. So much fun and Eli loved helping and got really involved in the color choice and helping take the eggs out. Luke was pretty cranky and wasn't impressed with being sat in his highchair and not getting to do anything fun. I let him hold the egg once and he tried to eat it and that was about the extent of his fun! At least we got a few pictures in his cute "chicks dig me" shirt that Eli wore when he was the same age!! such fun!
Such a blessing being here with family and to be surrounded with loved ones for the holiday! We had yummy food for Easter and had fun watching the little boys play outside. I absolutely love that our kiddos can grow up being close buddies with their cousins. We're just waiting on Baby Noah to join the crew- I knew Lukey and Noah will be good friends! The older boys run and play non-stop! The bubbles, sidewalk chalk, balls, and Easter Egg hunt was a great hit. We were thankful the weather stayed nice enough for the outdoor activities.
